Bell was a monumental flop last season, averaging just 3.2 yards per attempt, which was the worst mark in franchise history (minimum 150 carries), while also racking up a meager 789 yards and a career-low (tied) three rushing touchdowns. With uncertainty surrounding his future, the 28-year-old may find himself slipping in pre-draft fantasy rankings heading into the year.
