Dwayne Haskins Jr. Earns Praise From Doug Williams
4 years agoWashington Redskins quarterback Dwayne Haskins Jr. was praised for his arm strength by Doug Williams, the senior vice president of player development. In a radio interview, the former Super Bowl MVP said Haskins has the best arm strength of any quarterback to be drafted in the last two seasons. That's high praise considering some of the QB prospects that have entered the league, and it should be taken as a vote of confidence that the team views Haskins as their franchise QB. Haskins needs to master the mental aspect of playing QB in the NFL, but he has been praised by coaches for his understanding of the offense despite an unusual offseason. Haskins enters 2020 as a low-end QB2 in fantasy but could enter the streaming conversation if he makes strides in Year 2.
