Evan Engram Running Again Post-Foot Surgery
4 years agoNew York Giants tight end Evan Engram (foot) was seen running and cutting for the first time since his foot surgery in December. Engram posted a video of him working out on Instagram, and it looks like the fourth-year tight end will be ready to go when training camps open up after ending last season on Injured Reserve. Engram has battled injuries in his career, as he's played just 19 games the past two seasons, but he can be one of the most explosive tight ends in football when healthy. Engram averaged 8.5 targets per game last season, and the Giants didn't do much to address their pass-catchers this offseason. Engram is being drafted as the sixth tight end off the board, which feels right for his combination of upside and injury risk.
