4 years agoChicago White Sox starting pitcher Carlos Rodon (elbow) threw the equivalent of three innings on Sunday against live hitters. Rodon threw 45 pitches and is now fully recovered from the Tommy John surgery he underwent 14 months ago. The injury bug has been the biggest downfall in his career thus far, but Rodon said he hasn’t felt any pain. The left-hander hasn’t been open to coming out of the bullpen in the past, but said that he’s open to anything this year. With a shortened season and Rodon recovering from Tommy John surgery, it may be best to take and wait-and-see approach this season.--Daniel Burdeen - RotoBaller
