4 years agoPhiladelphia Phillies starting pitcher Aaron Nola has reported to Phillies camp, according to Matt Breen. Nola was kept away from the team over the weekend per COVID-19 protocols, which caused speculation that he was one of the seven Phillies that tested positive, even though he was never placed on the COVID-19 injured list. He was at camp Monday, however, throwing a bullpen session, so it appears the Phillies ace passed whatever safety protocols needed to rejoin the team. Nola got off to a rough start last season but bounced back to finish with a 3.87 ERA in 202 1/3 innings while averaging a 10.2 K/9. Assuming he's healthy, Nola is worth drafting as an SP1 at his average draft position of 47th overall.--Mike Schwarzenbach - RotoBaller
