Welcome to Texas NASCAR Sunday with the Garage Guy! If everything is bigger in Texas, then the bags should be bigger after the race ends when the DFS lines hit along with our picks at the sportsbook. To effectively start your Sunday, I'm making it a requirement to bump nothing but Paul Wall, and Mike Jones while preparing for the race (Below is an absolute Texas banger by the H-Town legends to get you started)
Kyle Busch turned Texas Motor Speedway into his playground on Saturday, winning both the Xfinity, and Gander RV Truck Series races. Busch's win in the Xfinity Series was voided after post-race inspection, and awarded to Team Penske Driver Austin Cindric (but DraftKings didn't care). Kyle wants a Cup Series win so bad after a dry 2020 season, and with double duty for practice, we could see him hit a little harder today for a Top 5 finish.

DFS Lineup Picks - DraftKings, FanDuel
Kentucky was a whirlwind for us all after the Cole Custer victory, but I can't see that being a regular thing every race. I'm feeling better than ever about these picks this week, and don't forget to check out Chef BoiRDeen's Premium Rankings to create some of the best possible DFS stacks in the game. By combining those rankings with my picks, you'll be singing "Back then bags didn't want me, but now I'm hot and bags all on me"

Kevin Harvick #4
(DraftKings $11,300 | FanDuel $14,500 | DK SportsBook +300)
There's no sexier play at Texas than Harvick, and everyone playing DFS this Sunday knows it. Harvick should be the highest owned driver on the slate this week based on his three wins, and constant Top 10's since 2014. Harvick is a must-play and the favorite to win this race.
Ryan Blaney #12
(DraftKings $8,900 | FanDuel $11,200 | DK SportsBook +900)
Blaney had some crap luck back in March of 2019 at this track, but followed that up with an 8th place finish in November of 2019. Blaney starts in P2 on Sunday, and even though it may be tough to overtake Almirola, he has the equipment to make it happen. Blaney has never won a race in Texas, but he knows how to lead laps, and has a best finish of second in The Lonestar State.
Tyler Reddick #8
(DraftKings $7,800 | FanDuel $8,500)
Tyler "Rookie Boi" Reddick is one of my favorite DFS plays this week. Reddick is starting in P24, and I'm convinced that he will have a better finish than his teammate Austin Dillon. Chef Boi (Drew Deen) has ranked Reddick 1st in Tier 3 of his Premium Rankings, and could give you tons of bang for your buck.
Kyle Busch #18
(DraftKings $9,300 | FanDuel $12,400 | DK SportsBook +650)
Last week, I said that Kyle Busch was basically done for on the Garage Guys Fantasy Sports Podcast while discussing the state of Joe Gibbs Racing. I've decided to back off that statement this week after watching his grit begin to show in Wednesday's All-Star Race. If the 18 team can bring that same energy from Wednesday's race, Busch has a real shot starting P4 at a track he's led 200 laps at since 2018.
I break down the state of @JoeGibbsRacing for the 2020 NASCAR season on Episode 179 of the @GarageGuysFS Podcast with @RandyThePlumbe3 & @jinseystinson

Aric Almirola #10
(DraftKings $6,900 | FanDuel $7,700)
Almirola almost didn't make it on my list this week, but with how dominant Stewart-HAAS Racing has been as of late, it would be wrong of me not to include him. Aside from the SHR dominance, Almirola has finished each race at this track inside the Top 10 since the team switch. I dont expect Almirola to finish outside the Top 10 on Sunday, and should battle Blaney well early on.
Erik Jones #20
(DraftKings $8,400 | FanDuel $10,400)
We're JONESIN' for Erik Jones again this week at one of his best tracks in the Cup series. If Jones was a fast-food restaurant, he'd be Wendys, because for three straight years he went "444" in Texas. For added confidence, Jones has only finished two races outside the Top 10 at this track in his career.
Michael McDowell #34
(DraftKings $5,700 | FanDuel $6,000)
Return of The Mac season is in full effect again with McDowell starting in P34 on Sunday. Since he starts from the spot that is also his car number, there might be some added "juju" to the play this week in DFS (do you believe in magic?). Look for McDowell to bag a Top 25 on Sunday.
Denny Hamlin #11
(DraftKings $8,900 | FanDuel $11,200 | DK SportsBook +600 )
I struggled between Truex Jr. and Hamlin for about an hour, and although I'll have some Truex Jr. in lineups, I can't shake the feeling that he's not the one that will win on Sunday. Hamlin had a rough last race at this track, and with his skill he and his crew have shown this season, this is the perfect opportunity for Hamlin to strike back. Hamlin is hungry for a ship, and if he's going to get it, he'll need to keep the win streak rolling.
