Nick Senzel Getting More Comfortable In Center Field
4 years agoCincinnati Reds outfielder Nick Senzel had spent his entire career as an infielder until last season, when the team made him a full-time outfielder. After a difficult learning curve, Senzel recently stated that he is "100 percent comfortable" in center field these days. He also lost about 20 pounds during lockdown, which will increase his sprint speed in the outfield and on the basepaths. Senzel is one of Cincy's most heralded young bats and will get a chance to play everyday for the team this season. The main concern here is whether he can shake the injury bug after having missed significant time due to assorted injuries over the past few seasons. He is a risk/reward option in drafts but he definitely has the chance to be an impact bat in fantasy if he can stay on the field.
