4 years agoMinnesota Twins shortstop Jorge Polanco went 2-for-4 with a pair of singles and two runs scored in a blowout victory over the Chicago White Sox. Polanco is batting .308 with four hits and four runs scored in two games so far this year. He hasn't been slugging much yet, though that will surely come if he continues to bat in between Josh Donaldson and the red-hot Nelson Cruz. Polanco has a couple good matchups coming up against St. Louis Cardinals right-handers Carlos Martinez and Miles Mikolas. He'll be batting from the left side, where he socked 16 of his 22 homers last year with an .891 OPS.--Tim Capurso
