Carlos Santana Scores Twice In Win
4 years agoCleveland Indians first baseman Carlos Santana went 0-for-2 with two runs and two walks in Sunday's win against the Royals. Santana has yet to record a hit over eight at-bats to begin the season, but he's drawn four walks. The 34-year-old had a career-best .281 batting average, 34 home runs and 93 RBI last season and has a .333 on-base percentage to begin the 2020 campaign. Santana has some of the best and most consistent plate skills in the game (16.5 K%, 15.4 BB% in his career). Furthermore, he missed a total of five games over the past two years, so this is extremely bankable production for Santana owners.
