Rougned Odor Hits First Home Run Of New Season
4 years agoTexas Rangers second baseman Rougned Odor hit his first home run of the season on Tuesday night against the Arizona Diamondbacks. In a 4-1 loss, Odor's long ball was the first hit of the evening for Texas. It broke up Merril Kelly's potential no-hitter in the seventh inning. It was a typical box score for Odor as he struck out three times in four at-bats but made his one hit count. The infielder is batting .200 with a .717 OPS through four games. He's nothing more than a flyer in roto leagues that have a middle infielder because he is always capable of going on a hot streak. Unfortunately, Odor's strikeouts prevent him from being an option in points leagues.
