Lamar Jackson Claims No. 1 Spot On Top 100 List
4 years agoBaltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson took the No. 1 spot in the NFL Top 100 list, an annual ranking system determined by players throughout the league. After winning the MVP last season, the ceiling is even higher for the 23-year-old entering 2020, and rightfully so. Jackson was splendid in 2019, finishing the year with 3,127 yards, 36 touchdowns, and six interceptions while maintaining a completion percentage of 66.1 percent. He also added 1,206 yards and seven touchdowns on the ground and also led the league in rushing yards before contact per attempt with an average of 4.9. While taking a signal-caller early in redraft formats is usually frowned upon by many, fantasy managers should be ready to pull the trigger to acquire his services somewhere in the second or third rounds for the upcoming campaign.
