4 years agoNew York Rangers goaltender Henrik Lundqvist will start Game 1 of the Stanley Cup Qualifiers against the Carolina Hurricanes. Star rookie goaltender Igor Shesterkin was deemed unfit to play in the contest. It is unclear what exactly is ailing the young Russian netminder, but it is a definite blow to fantasy owners. Lundqvist posted a 10-12-3 record this season to go along with a 3.16 goals-against average and .905 save percentage this season.
