4 years agoNew York Yankees outfielder Giancarlo Stanton will continue to act as the team’s primary DH, according to manager Aaron Boone. Importantly, Boone is comfortable that Stanton is healthy enough to play defense, and the move is unrelated to Stanton’s health. Stanton has been red-hot to start the season with a 1.384 OPS over his first six games, and fantasy players should expect the 30-year-old to continue producing at an impressive rate this year. With Stanton entrenched at DH for the Yankees, Mike Tauchman, Miguel Andujar, and Brett Gardner are left to compete for playing time in left field.--Sam Chinitz
