Xander Bogaerts Has Four-Hit Game Against Yankees
4 years agoBoston Red Sox shortstop Xander Bogaerts had a huge night offensively in Sunday's 9-7 loss in the series finale against the Yankees. Bogaerts went 4-for-4 at the plate with two home runs, three RBI, three runs scored and three extra-base hits in the productive performance. Bogaerts took starting pitcher James Paxton deep in the first inning and then hit his second home run of the night in the fifth inning off of reliever Michael King. Bogaerts has totaled three home runs, nine RBI, a .333 batting average and 1.038 OPS through 35 plate appearances, making the 27-year-old a must-start player across all fantasy formats.
