4 years agoLos Angeles Dodgers starting pitcher Alex Wood (shoulder) is expected to start throwing on Monday or Tuesday. Wood was placed on the injured list this past week after he threw three innings and allowed three runs in his first start of the season. Wood is in his second stint with the Dodgers and when healthy has put up good numbers, but the staying healthy has always been a big issue for the lefty. Wood could offer value in deeper leagues, but with health concerns he is not someone one should rush to the waiver wire for when he is activated.--Daniel Burdeen - RotoBaller
