4 years agoAtlanta Braves second baseman Ozzie Albies has been battling a wrist injury as of late, which likely has to do with the fact that he has been dropped down to the No. 7 spot in the team’s order for Tuesday’s contest against right-hander Matt Shoemaker and the Blue Jays. Albies went 0-for-4 with three strikeouts Monday, likely forcing manager Brian Snitker’s hand, replacing him in the No. 2 hole with Dansby Swanson, who is off to a torrid start in 2020. Albies last hit seventh in the lineup on July 3 last season, but he has produced just a .495 OPS through his first 10 games this year.--Jesse Borek
