Miguel Sano Rips Three-Run Homer
4 years agoMinnesota Twins first baseman Miguel Sano went 1-for-4 with a home run and three RBI in 6-5 loss to the Pirates. Sano absolutely tagged his home run, depositing it 365 feet into the seats at an exit velocity of 114 MPH. It's the third-hardest hit homer of his career, which is saying something because he can really crush the baseball. He may only have five hits compared to 17 strikeouts, but all five of his hits have been for extra bases. It's possible that he is a little behind the Twins' other hitters, after missing time from COVID-19 and an incident back in the Dominican Republic. Fantasy owners shouldn't worry though, because he's showing flashes of brilliance. He just needs to put it all together.
