4 years agoCincinnati Reds second baseman Mike Moustakas has been placed on the 10-day injured list due to a bruised left quad, putting him on the shelf for at least the next week. The Reds have been rotating a cast of players at the keystone in his stead, including Kyle Farmer and Christian Colon, although neither holds much fantasy intrigue. After getting off to a scorching hot start to 2020 in his first three games (two HRs, six RBI), Moustakas has gone 0-for-11 over his last four. He is still a season-long asset in every sized format upon his return, which sounds as if it’ll be shortly after he’s eligible to come off the IL next Sunday.--Jesse Borek
