He now has to self-quarantine for 72 hours and undergo daily COVID-19 testing before he can return to the team. Even once the 29-year-old is eligible to return, he may face a team-sanctioned suspension for his actions. It is a frustrating blow for fantasy managers, as Clevinger has enjoyed a fantastic start to the 2020 season.
