Ross Stripling Victimized By Throwing Errors Tuesday
4 years agoLos Angeles Dodgers starter Ross Stripling allowed six runs (two earned) on six hits across 4 2/3 innings of work during Tuesday's 6-2 loss to the San Diego Padres. He struck out four while walking two. Stripling was cruising until the third inning, when a pair of throwing errors gave way to a grand slam by Manny Machado. The 30-year-old now owns a 3-1 record to go along with a 3.97 ERA, 1.15 WHIP, and 20/6 K/BB rate in 2020. His next projected start will come on Sunday against the Los Angeles Angels.
