4 years agoNew York Mets outfielder Michael Conforto went 2-for-3 and drove in two runs in the Mets 11-6 win over the Nationals on Wednesday. Conforto also scored three times and walked once. Conforto is now batting .324 to go with a .425 on-base percentage, a .940 OPS, three home runs, and 11 RBI in 80 plate appearances on the season. Conforto, arguably the best hitter on the Mets so far in 2020, makes for a solid second or third outfielder in mixed league formats. Given his start to the season and his ability to crush lefties, there should be no concern that manager Luis Rojas will consider sitting Conforto against southpaws. Owners in weekly lineup formats should confidently keep Conforto active.--Nick Ritrivi - RotoBaller
