Lance Lynn Brings Excellent Start To 2020 To Coors Field Friday
4 years agoTexas Rangers right-handed pitcher Lance Lynn has allowed just 10 hits across 23 ⅓ innings through his first four starts, giving him an American League best 3.9 H/9. Firmly entrenched in AL Cy Young consideration, Lynn’s next challenge is to conquer the Majors’ most explosive hitter’s park, Coors Field, when he takes the mound Friday. The Rockies are slashing .320/.366/.549 as a club at home this season, which makes Lynn a tricky proposition in the DFS market. He hasn’t pitched in Colorado since 2017, but he owns a 2.84 ERA in four career starts at the yard. Irrespective of Friday’s outing, he is an elite season-long option, especially as Globe Life Field has shown itself to be a pitcher-friendly yard thus far.
