4 years agoChicago Cubs starting pitcher Jose Quintana (thumb) threw 61 pitches in a simulated game on Monday. The lefty will throw one more simulated game and if everything goes well, Quintana should be able to be activated. With Tyler Chatwood (back) on the injured list with a back injury, Quintana should slide back into the rotation. The veteran is coming off of a tough year and should be avoided outside of deeper mixed leagues for now.--Daniel Burdeen - RotoBaller
