4 years agoChicago White Sox designated hitter Edwin Encarnacion went 1-for-3 with a double and a walk on Monday against the Detroit Tigers. Encarnacion has really struggled with his new team, but it was nice to see him get a hit Monday. The slugger has traditionally been a slow starter, but also can turn it on quickly. The slugger has dealt with back injuries this year and is only hitting .160 with two homers and three RBI. Now might be the time to buy low on Encarnacion, but owners shouldn’t go too crazy to acquire him.--Daniel Burdeen - RotoBaller
