4 years agoColorado Rockies outfielder David Dahl was a last-minute scratch from Tuesday’s starting nine against the Astros and right-hander Zack Greinke due to lower back tightness. Sam Hilliard will take his spot in the lineup and slide down to the No. 8 spot in the order. It has been a frigid start to 2020 for Dahl, who is yet to club a home run across his first 19 contests. Even the friendly hitting elements of Coors Field have not been able to stir his bat, as he has produced a .405 OPS in 11 games at home. His next chance to return to action comes Wednesday against Houston southpaw Framber Valdez.--Jesse Borek
