4 years agoNew York Yankees outfielder Aaron Judge (calf) took batting practice on Tuesday and is expected to return from the injured list as soon as he’s eligible on Saturday. Judge was on a tear before suffering from lower-body tightness and a mild calf strain, posting a .758 slugging percentage with nine home runs over his first 17 games. It’s hard to see the Yankees taking playing time away from Clint Frazier given how hot Frazier has been, so Judge probably takes playing time away from Mike Ford once he returns to the lineup.--Sam Chinitz
