4 years agoNew York Mets outfielder/first baseman Dominic Smith continued his red hot hitting on Wednesday going 2-for-4 with a double, one RBI, and a run scored in the Mets' 5-3 win over Miami. Smith, now batting .323 on the season, has a 1.156 OPS and leads the Mets in home runs (six), RBI (21), doubles (10), and slugging percentage (.754). The Mets will continue to take every opportunity to keep Smith's bat in the lineup either at designated hitter, first base or left field. If he is somehow still available in redraft formats, owners in need of help at first base or in the outfield should grab the former first-round pick who has carved out an everyday role with the Mets.--Nick Ritrivi - RotoBaller
