4 years agoLos Angeles Dodgers third baseman Max Muncy was 2-for-3 with a solo home run, a walk, and two runs scored during Sunday's 11-3 win over the Colorado Rockies. It was Muncy's first multi-hit game in August. The 29-year-old is slashing .192/.315/.413 with seven HRs and 13 RBI through 104 at-bats in 2020. Perhaps he is finally starting to heat up, as he is riding a modest three-game hit streak. Regardless, Muncy has been the victim of some bad luck so far, as his xBA is a full .039 higher than his actual batting average. Expect some more hits to drop for the slugger in the coming weeks.--Raymond Harrison - RotoBaller
