4 years agoChicago White Sox first baseman Jose Abreu hit another home run on Wednesday against the Pittsburgh Pirates. Abreu put up video game numbers over the weekend with six bombs against the Cubs and he doesn’t appear to have any interest in slowing down. It was his only hit on the afternoon and he drove in two runs, but he is now a ridiculous .500 with eight home runs and 14 RBI over his last seven games. Abreu has always put up consistent numbers at first base and owners shouldn’t hesitate to hold onto the slugger versus selling him at his peak.--Daniel Burdeen - RotoBaller
