4 years agoThe Carolina Panthers have signed wide receiver Cam Phillips, who was last seen in the XFL, where he led the league in catches and receiving yards while playing for the Houston Roughnecks. He joins a team that already feature the quarterback who was throwing the ball to Phillips, P.J. Walker, and has some intriguing upside if he makes this team. Of course, the uncertainty around whether or not he can earn a roster spot makes it tough for fantasy managers to draft Phillips at this point, but he's a talented wideout who should be on fantasy watch lists in 2020, as he has the potential to breakout.--Justin Carter - RotoBaller
