Chark Jr. is having "an outstanding camp," says John Oehser of Jaguars.com, who added that Chark "has the feel of a player ready to accelerate his development." Considering how much Chark accelerated things from a terrible 2018 rookie season to a Pro Bowl 2019 season, the fact that he's receiving this kind of praise speaks volumes about his potential in 2020.
