4 years agoLos Angeles Dodgers starter Clayton Kershaw will take the mound for the first half of Thursday's doubleheader against the San Francisco Giants. This comes after both teams decided to boycott Wednesday's game to shine a light on social justice issues in the United States. Kershaw is looking for some revenge, as his worst start of the 2020 campaign came against the Giants back on August 8 when he allowed four runs in 4 1/3 innings. Nevertheless, the veteran left-hander was stellar in his last appearance, striking out 11 over seven innings of one-run ball against the Seattle Mariners. The extra day of rest will only aid Kershaw more, so expect him to be in peak form on Thursday.--Raymond Harrison - RotoBaller
