4 years agoSan Diego Padres starter Dinelson Lamet staggered through five frames Thursday against the Seattle Mariners, settling for a no-decision. Lamet required 90 pitches and surrendered three earned runs via five hits and a walk while striking out six. Although he holds a strong 2.35 ERA and 0.94 WHIP across seven starts, he’s been wild over his last two appearances and has cleared six innings just twice. While the endurance is an issue, the 28-year-old’s 34 percent strikeout rate makes him a fantasy must-start. Lamet draws the Los Angeles Angels next Wednesday on the road.--Andrew Le - RotoBaller
