4 years agoNew York Mets infielder Andres Gimenez (undisclosed) returned from the injured list on Friday, just four days after being placed on it. Gimenez has had a breakout rookie campaign in 2020 acting as both an offensive and defensive spark plug for the team, despite recent struggles at the plate. Gimenez is batting .254 in 59 at-bats and has six stolen bases which is tied for second in the National League. With the Mets set to play the Yankees five times over the next three days, Gimenez should see ample playing time given his positional versatility, benefitting those managers who own him in NL-only and deep mixed leagues.--Nick Ritrivi - RotoBaller
