4 years agoBaltimore Orioles left-handed pitcher Tommy Milone has been dealt to the contending Atlanta Braves ahead of the Trade Deadline, giving the team an additional starting option over the final month of the regular season. Milone has posted a 3.99 ERA over his first six starts this year and remained elite at not putting runners on base at a 3.1 BB%, which puts him in the top five percentile of all pitchers. With the Atlanta rotation a shell of what it looked like on Opening Day, Milone figures to slot in every fifth day moving forward, although his upside likely keeps him on the fringes in most season-long formats.--Jesse Borek
