4 years agoArizona Diamondbacks outfielder Tim Locastro is starting in left field and batting leadoff against the Dodgers on Tuesday. Locastro bounced all over the lineup, but he’s now played in 11 of Arizona’s last 13 games, posting an uncharacteristically high .855 OPS over that time. Locastro is fast -- his sprint speed this season ranks in the 99th percentile of hitters -- and makes frequent contact (8.5% career swinging-strike rate), but his lack of power holds him back as a hitter and that hasn’t changed this season based on his 25% hard-hit rate. Still, fantasy players in need of stolen bases should consider rostering Locastro, who stole 17 bases in 91 games last season and appears poised for more stolen bases at the top of the Arizona lineup.--Sam Chinitz
