4 years agoCincinnati Reds right-hander Sonny Gray was ripped by the St. Louis Cardinals in his Tuesday start. Gray failed to make it out of the first inning, registering just two outs and allowing six runs to score. Gray struck out one and walked three in the outing, the shortest of the season for the veteran hurler. The rough outing balloons Gray's ERA from 2.48 to 3.19, to go along with a 1.18 WHIP and 56 strikeouts in 42 1/3 innings of work. He will look to bounce back in his next start, which will come against the Pittsburgh Pirates.--Matt T - RotoBaller
