4 years agoThe Chicago Cubs have placed pitcher Jose Quintana (lat) on the the 10-day injured list on Wednesday. Quintana recently returned from a thumb injury that he suffered while doing dishes, and he is now dealing with left lat inflammation. Quintana was operating out of the bullpen when he returned and allowed four runs in six innings over two appearances. Quintana currently is without a timetable and should be left on the waiver wire in the vast majority of fantasy leagues.--Daniel Burdeen - RotoBaller
