4 years agoAtlanta Braves second baseman Ozzie Albies (wrist) has still yet to gain clearance from the club’s medical staff to return for live batting practice, which likely means that he’ll remain sidelined for at least the next week. Albies last appeared Aug. 4 but has since been out due to a right wrist injury, with Johan Camargo benefiting from near everyday playing time. After leading the National League in hits (189) last season, Albies has gotten off to a slow start in 2020 with a .159 average through his first 11 games. Fantasy managers can bank on his upside once he does return, but it appears that he’ll miss even more time than initially anticipated, further making him a combustible fantasy commodity over the final month.--Jesse Borek
