Ryan Kelly Becomes NFL’s Highest-Paid Center
4 years agoIndianapolis Colts center Ryan Kelly inked a four-year contract extension Thursday that will pay him $50 million, thereby making him the league’s highest-paid center. Kelly will be integral to the acclimation of quarterback Philip Rivers to the Colts roster in his first season, while also being an anchor of the offensive line for the stylings of running backs Marlon Mack and Jonathan Taylor. While Kelly won't have any fantasy consideration as a center, his presence up front should help boost a Colts offense that passed for only 194.3 yards per game last season.
