Aaron Judge In Line To Return For Postseason
4 years agoNew York Yankees outfielder Aaron Judge has played in one game since Aug. 11 due to a lingering calf injury. Manager Aaron Boone said Friday that he expects Judge to return before the start of the postseason, which while a positive, is also something of a surprise that the slugger would need to be sidelined for such an extended period. When healthy, Judge has been a prolific slugger during his career, particularly so in 2020, where he has posted a .738 SLG. But with the injury concerns, fantasy managers are best served making backup plans, as Judge likely won’t have much time to contribute should he return over the next three-plus weeks.
