4 years agoCincinnati Reds closer Raisel Iglesias threw a scoreless inning to save a 4-2 win over the Pittsburgh Pirates in Game 1 of a Friday doubleheader. Iglesias struck out one in the frame. The veteran closer tried to make things interesting by allowing the first batter to reach base but he was able to get the next three outs for his fifth save of the season. Overall, Iglesias has a 4.15 ERA, 1.15 WHIP, and 18 strikeouts in 13 innings of work. He's now logged seven straight appearances without allowing an earned run.--Matt T - RotoBaller
