4 years agoChicago Cubs outfielder Ian Happ returned to the lineup with a bang on Saturday. Happ exited Thursday’s contest early after fouling a ball off of his eye and being diagnosed with a contusion. Happ sat out Friday as well, but returned to the lineup in Game 1 of Saturday’s doubleheader. He didn’t miss a beat and hit a pair of solo home runs while going 2-for-4 on the evening. Happ has been one of this season’s breakout and managers should start him with confidence.
