4 years agoMichel Pereira (24-11) dominated against opponent Zelim Imadaev, defeating the Russian via third-round submission. The Brazilian striker landed 88 significant strikes and was successful in his lone takedown attempt. Late in the third round, Pereira took the back of Imadaev and landed a rear-naked choke for the victory. This was a much-needed win for Pereira, who had lost his previous two bouts. He is now 2-2 in the UFC and looked extremely confident inside the Octagon on Saturday.
