4 years agoLos Angeles Dodgers right-handed pitcher Walker Buehler was placed on the 10-day injured list prior to Thursday’s contest versus the D-backs due to a recurring blister ailment. Buehler has posted a 3.86 ERA through his first seven starts this year, having been sidetracked by a blister previously. Additionally, the team recalled righty Joe Kelly, but will not get him back, as he will begin serving his suspension stemming from the incident with Houston earlier this season. There’s not much time left in 2020 for Buehler to return, and with Los Angeles nearing a playoff berth, they may opt to hold him out until he is completely healthy.--Jesse Borek
