Miles Sanders Ruled Out For Sunday
4 years agoPhiladelphia Eagles running back Miles Sanders (hamstring) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Washington Redskins. Head coach Doug Pederson had referred to Sanders as day-to-day, though the team is thinking more about his long-term health by sitting him out for Week 1. The Eagles will go with some combination of Boston Scott, Corey Clement (quadricep) and Jason Huntley, though Scott is the one to play. Scott can be viewed as an RB2 against Washington's improved defense and is a great play for those who have Sanders rostered.
