4 years agoThe Tampa Bay Lightning have advanced to the 2020 Stanley Cup Finals with a 4-2 series victory against the New York Islanders in the Eastern Conference Finals held in Edmonton. The Lightning wrapped up the series with Anthony Cirelli's series-winning goal in overtime, helping the team make their first finals appearance since 2015. Defenseman Victor Hedman scored the only other goal in the contest for the Lightning, wrapping up the series with four goals in six games. Goaltender Andrei Vasilevskiy made 26 saves in the victory, continuing his success throughout the Playoffs. Game 1 of the Stanley Cup Finals between the Lightning and Stars will get underway on Saturday, with games taking place every other day for the first four games of the series.--Denis Vondrus - RotoBaller
