4 years agoTyron Woodley (19-6-1) sustained a rib injury late in the fifth round, forcing referee Dan Miragliotta to call an end to the contest. Woodley was down on the judges' scorecards anyway and needed a finish in the fifth round if he wanted to win the contest. Woodley only landed 34 significant strikes (67 total strikes) and was successful in his lone takedown attempt. Hopefully the injury is not too bad and it will be a quick recovery for Woodley. This is now three losses in a row for the fighter. Depending on how Woodley is matched up, especially if it's a bottom-15-ranked fighter, you might still have use for Woodley in fantasy lineups.--Matt Bricker - RotoBaller
