4 years agoCleveland Indians right-handed pitcher Carlos Carrasco returned to the rotation on a full-time basis this season after his leukemia diagnosis last year and likely exceeded any and all expectations of how he would perform. He’ll make his final regular-season start Friday against a Pirates offense that ranks last in the Majors with a .631 OPS, making Carrasco one of the top DFS arms on the slate. His success this year (2.90 ERA, 10.7 K/9) has parlayed him into conversation for an Opening Round start during the postseason against an opponent that is still to be determined.--Jesse Borek
