4 years agoSeattle Seahawks wide receiver David Moore underwhelmed in Week 3, but he has another shot to perform in Week 4 against the Miami Dolphins. He's the team's third receiving option, but this offense has been one of the league's best due to their efficiency which benefits him. Quarterback Russell Wilson is great at connecting with his receivers on deep balls, and, in deeper leagues, Moore gives you some interesting value.
